This is SERIOUSLY the best tasting cake I have ever made. I am so excited I think I've finally found a cake recipe that I LOVE! I made this cake for Katee's graduation party. My husband isn't a big cake fan and even he about died over it! I'm so excited!! You can try it too!Dulce de Leche cake: 1 white cake mix with 1/2C ice cream caramel topping.
Make cake batter as the box calls for and just add caramel.
Cinnamon Cream Cheese Filling: 1Pkg 8oz cream cheese, softened, 1/2C confections sugar, 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, 1/4 cup milk. Combine all till filling consistency.
Cinnamon Butter cream Icing: 1/2 C Crisco shortening, 1/2 cup butter softened, 1 teaspoon Wilton's clear vanilla, 4 cups sifted confections sugar (1lb), 2 tbs milk.
Add all ingredients except for milk and sugar.
Add sugar 1 cup at a time, once frosting consistency add milk.
