This weekend Cart and I decided to get out of town for his one day "fall break". Yeah really, fall break for Weber State was a Friday....that's it. Well we packed our bags and headed to the little city of Wendover, which neither of us had been before. (I have been once to eat at the buffet.)
We had a BLAST in the 2 nights that we were there. We hit up the Seafood Buffet which I could seriously eat every day of my life!! YUM!! We played a little roulette, and watched people loose hundreds of dollars in minutes. (That part made us both sick though.)
It was a good get away! Cart has been working so hard in school! REALLY! I'm not just saying that. He had been so devoted and so dilligent! He gets little sleep and A's on all his tests even though his classes are pretty much death.
He needed a break and I needed him, so it worked out quite nicely. :)
Apparently this is how Cart thinks you dance in Wendover. :)

ReplyDeleteHa ha. We have one week break from volleyball and we both head out of town. We were in Wendover on Wednesday and Sunday. When did you guys go? Glad to see you had fun. I will see you in a week at volleyball!!!!

ReplyDeleteI love wendover! The seafood buffet is to die for!!! :-) Even though you only got a friday off, be grateful. Some of us don't get days off at all. I haven't been on a vacation in years :-)
