Mission Reunion

Zimbabwe Harare Mission under the Service of President Bester.
(too bad you can't see a single person.)

The Drive Home.........
Somehow my husband managed to reach to the back seat, unzip my camera bag, pull out the camera, take this lovely picture, put it back looking untouched, and keep driving down the freeway in the snow. AWESOME!!
We had a fun time with all Carts old mission companions though.
Lots of weddings coming up!! Can't wait to see everyone again!

2 Days Off

I've had the past 2 days off and what do I have to show for it?
1. 1 and a half loads of laundry done. ( I still have a load in the dryer that needs to be folded.)
2. Now I know what everyone else is doing with their lives because I've looked at everyone's blog.
3. Cheered on Roo at her cheer tryouts. (She made it if you were wondering.)
4. I won my appeal with Weber State and now I get $1,200 bucks refunded to me!
5. Mailed off my transcripts to a couple schools I've been looking at for Bachelors programs.
6. Washed my dishes.
7. More web surfing
Yep, I'm still trying to figure out where the heck the rest of my 48 hours off went.
But hey I enjoyed it!

Prom

This past weekend was Prom for Chance and Chandler.
I can't believe they are freaking juniors.
What the heck!
I feel like I should be going to Prom and they should be
home sucking on binkies or something!
Life is weird how it flies by so fast!
They both looked so HOT!!
Roo went with Bridger (Carter's little brother)
So it was like a reliving mine and Carter's Prom.
Ha ha! Fun! Fun!

1 Year Anniversary

Yes everyone, it has been 1 whole year that we have been married.
It feels so weird how fast the time flies by.
For our anniversary, we decided to take a couple days to relax in Island Park.

The funnest part was Carter came home with my Anniversary gift!
A NEW CAR!! (Well new to us!) Yep, a new car people! We sold our Mustang a week ago and have been car less.
We drove our new beauty to our destination:

Island Park: Land of relaxation: Leave your worries behind!
Did I ever picture myself fishing for my anniversary?

The answer to that question is a big fat NO!!
But hey, whatever you do in life, do it well! RIGHT??
So I had to break the Island Park family record and catch a 14 inch trout.
It was disgusting and so Cart had to get it off the hook for me and it just so happens that he ACCIDENTALLY dropped it back into the lake before I could take a picture with it!
(Obviously, he was just jealous and didn't want me to have proof.)

We sat in the hot tub every night and told each other we weren't ever going home.

Sad to say, the day came when we really had to come home.
I HATE reality.

But the good news is I get to come home with my husband and the fun never ends.
(and my new car!)

Bring on year #2
