Our First Christmas Together

This was our first Christmas together!

It was just as perfect as we ever thought it could be.

We both couldn't sleep cause we were so excited to give each other our gifts.

We woke up at 4am and had all our gifts opened by 4:30 am.

Cart surprised me with a beautiful jewlery box.

I surprised him with his new found love, a hand gun.

We spent the days with our families and loved on all the babies.

Oh how I love our families!!!!

I love Christmas time.

It truly is the most wonderful tme of the year.

And I loved it even more spending Christmas with my husband!

Life is so fun!!

Raught Wedding and Why I Love My Man

Our cute friends got married yesterday!!

Their sealing was so nice and the wedding was so beautiful.

I'm so grateful that Austin picked such a good friend for me.

I always knew whoever Austin married I would HAVE to love because my husband and him are practically joint at the hip.

I couldn't have picked a better friend for myself so thank you Austin.

I love Kierstin! And I'm not just saying that!

She compliments Austin so well!

We love you both so much and we have some serious fun plans ahead!

My sweet husband still has it going on and he knows what's up people.

He planned a little trip for the two of us the day before the wedding.

He took me to the Gateway to shop for as long as I wanted. (He even pretended to like it!)

He took me to the Roof Resteraunt that night and then to the walk around temple square and see all the Christmas lights.

We stayed the night in a little room at the Red Lion Hotel where we could sleep in and get ready for the wedding the next morning.

He scored some brownie points in my book!

He loves me!!

I love him!!

Yep, That pretty much sums up my past 5 days.

How many pictures does it take..........

1- I'm cropped out.

3- We don't even know there is a picture being taken.

4- My hand is covering my face, Carter is obviously discusted

5- Now I noticed he's pretending to be discusted and I think it's hillarious.

6- Now everyone think this is a joke and are saying stupid things to make me laugh.

7- Just can't quite get it together.

12-This is the best one we got and we still look kinda goofy.

It's Christmas!!!

I love Christmas time!

People helping people,

People thinking about other people,

Parties,

Good food,

Treats,

Hot Chocolate in the Cocoamotion,

Beanies and Mittens,

Snow

(You know it's not Christmas without snow, even you snow haters know this),

Gingerbread houses

(Graham cracker houses if your cheap like us),

Decorating sugar cookies,

Christmas cards,

Santa's in the malls,

Laying in the dark with just the tree lights on till you can't keep your eyes open anymore,

and last but not least

The capitalization on our Savior and his birth.

That's what it's all about. It's easy to get caught up in all the other holiday fun (I do this I know), but it's important that we remember what we are truly celebrating.

I am so grateful that Jesus Christ was born. I love him with all my heart!! I'm so happy we can have a whole season to remember him!!
